Any program that does multiple IO operations at the same time is multi-threaded. Still, the program logic tends to run on a single thread. Graphics effects are another story.

Battlezone, Battlezone 2, Sacrifice. Only BZ1/2 has a tactical map. Those are old games and not suited for the scale you're used to. You probably want a Battlefield type of game with RTS elements but those games support only a few players per game.

Copyright infringement =/= theft. The current copyright laws are harmful to their intended purpose. "Piracy" has served those purposes better and people can still make **** loads of cash even with the existence of "piracy".
